Craig recently founded CultureC Consulting following six years as Lead People Scientist at Culture Amp. CultureC is focused on helping organizations implement a data-informed approach to their people and culture, resulting in actions that have an impact. Additionally, he designed and led Culture Amp’s award-winning Culture First global community, now with over 100 global chapters and led the experience design for the Culture First Global conference, spanning four years and 15 events reaching hundreds of thousands of culture enthusiasts.
Craig holds a Master's degree in Industrial / Organizational Psychology and is a proud veteran of the US Air Force.
